Palette of Desserts started as a home baker's obsession with getting things just right — the crumb of a walnut loaf, the shine on a strawberry, the exact wobble of a fruit trifle. Today it's a small dessert studio tucked next to Patanjali Store in Malviya Udyan, still run the same way: everything mixed, baked and decorated by hand, order by order.
No shortcuts, no shelf-life tricks — just cakes that taste like someone actually cared about them. Because that's what a palette is: not one flavour, but many, chosen with intention.
